Small quarto, bound in full contemporary tree calf with gilt tooling to the spine, red morocco spine label lettered in gilt, top edge gilt, engraved frontispiece, with 11 engraved portraits including those of Emperor Charles the Fifth; Matthias Corvin, King of Hungary; Mahoment the Second, the Grand Seignior; James the First, King of England; and Henry the Eighth, King of England among others. With the final page issued by Thurloe appointing Moseley to print the work. In very good condition. Bookplates and bibliographic entry to the pastedown. Uncommon in this condition and with all 11 plates plus frontispiece intact.
