Pencil draft for the backdrop of the play "So, Sue Me" written and directed by Arthur Yorinks and performed at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. in 1993. The pencil draft appears in Tony Kushner's "The Art of Maurice Sendak, 1980 to the Present", along with with the final full-color illustration. Matted and framed. The entire piece measures 16.75 inches by 15.5 inches.
