Octavo, full cloth, all edges gilt, gilt ruling to the front and rear panel. In very good condition. Embossed name of Erastus Clark on the front panel. Clark was an American attorney, government official, and union official, who served on the Interstate Commerce Commission from 1906 to 1921, and was its chairman during 1913–1914 and 1918–1921. OCLC locates only two copies of this work. Rare.
