Engraved in the center, "With best wishes from his old C.G. To one of the most gallant of his officers on the happiest and most important event in his life Theodore Roosevelt December 5th 1924." In near fine condition. The piece measures 3.5 inches by 19.25 inches by 11.75 inches. An exceptional piece.
