Best Regards John Grisham 12-29-89.” The author and Ayres Haxton served together in the Mississippi House of Representatives at the time Grisham wrote his early novels. Near fine in a near fine dust jacket with light shelfwear. Jacket design by Susanne DeMarco. A nice association.

A Time To Kill was rejected by numerous publishers before Wynwood Press eventually published it in a small first printing of only 5,000 copies.
