In near fine condition with light wear to the extremities. Housed in a custom half morocco clamshell box. Publisher’s copies are exceptionally rare.
In 1913 Keynes was appointed secretary of a Commission to examine Indian Finance and Currency and later began to seek a publisher for his major treatise on probability based on his fellowship dissertation.
