Octavo, original red cloth with black lettering to the spine and black flower decoration to the front panel, pictorial endpapers, red top stain, lithographs by Ruth Gannett. Presentation copy, inscribed by the author on the half-title page, “To Helen Fuller, my treasured friend, Carolyn Sherwin Bailey and Miss H.” Near fine in a very good dust jacket. Uncommon in the original jacket and signed.
