Ben-Porat co-chairman-WOJAC  20.10.1977.” Ben-Porat has been called Israel’s James Bond for his role in the rescue of the Jews of Iraq, for which he was awarded the Israel Prize, and was a colleague in the Knesset with Dayan during which time he served as Minister without Portfolio. The recipient, Arthur Hertzberg was a noted rabbi, civil rights activist and author who served as President of the American Jewish Congress and Vice-President of the World Jewish Congress.
