Finely bound in full blue morocco, elaborate gilt tooling to the front and rear panel, gilt titles to the spine. All edges gilt, ribbon bound in to each volume. Red morocco doublures with leaf sprays at corners. Contains each box, which was originally produced for the set. Illustrated, with plates in three states, several of them signed by the artist. Includes illustrations signed by Albert Rosenthal, Jr., Walter Russell, Albert Henke, R.G. Vosburgh, E.J. Read, Louis Bauhan, C. Mente, W.H.W. Bicknell, H.L.V. Parkhurst, P.R. Audibert, E.A.
