Octavo, eighteen volumes elegantly bound in full plum levant morocco with red and gilt morocco fleurs-de-lis inlays to the panels and spine, gilt titles and tooling to the spine in five compartments within raised gilt bands, elaborate gilt cornerpieces to the panels, gilt-ruled turn-ins and inner dentelles, cream levant morocco doublures with red and olive gilt inlaid coats of arms, cream watered silk endpapers, illustrated with tissue-guarded captioned photolithographs. One of one thousand numbered copies, this is number 67. Translated into English.
