Inscribed by the author, “To Jamie with every good wish, Harper Lee.” A near fine example with the owner name above the inscription in a very good dust jacket with some wear and tear. The dust jacket has the original photograph on the rear panel taken by Truman Capote.
To Kill a Mockingbird became an immediate bestseller and won the 1961 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. The New Yorker declared it "skilled, unpretentious, and totally ingenious".
