Mellon. Signed by Mellon on the verso, "A.W. Mellon." In near fine condition with a vertical crease and signature cancellation hole punches along the bottom edge. Matted and framed with a portrait of Mellon and an informational placard. The piece measures 17.5 inches by 28 inches.
