The flag measures 27 inches by 32.75 inches with 'Okinawa' inscribed in ink to the central red disc and "49th Full Artillery" inscribed at the top of the page in addition to the 29 signatures. Framed. The entire piece measures 39 inches by 33 inches.

World War II Photographic Album of American Serviceman in India: Taj Mahal, Calcutta, etc.
1940s.
Twelve inches wide, contains roughly 200 photographs of life in India, ca. 1943, with visits to the Taj Mahal, much in Calcutta, documenting life in the barracks, street life including contortionists, a snake charmer, funeral biers, documentation of an airplane crash, etc. Whoever kept this album trained in Jackson, Mississippi and the first some pages have white ink captions for photos of life in the camp that are no longer there. The person who took these photographs was probably in the Air Force and a number were taken while in the air.
