The collection includes an official "Inauguration Ceremonies" program, a green admission pass marked "Senate Steps" admitting the bearer to the Senate Wing Steps, a blank "Inaugural Concert" ticket order form with envelope, and photographic portraits of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson with facsimile signatures. With the original Congress of the United States envelope which contained the collection. All items are in fine condition. An exceptional collection.

The collection includes a menu from the Inauguration Luncheon held on January 20th 1961 at the United States Senate Restaurant, invitations to Inaugural Ball an Inaugural Gala held at the National Guard Armory, a response card to the Gala, and four presentation photos of Kennedy with facsimile inscrisption, "For Donald S. Carmichael - with warm regards - John F. Kennedy." All items are in fine condition. An exceptional collection.

The Coronas Alhambra cigar is mounted in a shadowbox opening and is still stored in a cellophane sheath printed in gold lettering: “Specially Made For President Kennedy.” Under its red and gold label and black band inscribed “Choicest Philippine Tobacco Sumatra Wrapper."
