Presentation copy, inscribed by General Dwight Eisenhower on the title page, "To Skippe Sheppard Best wishes from Dwight D. Eisenhower." The recipient, Captain Harlo John Sheppard was in the 712th Tank Division, with his name and notes throughout. In very good condition. Rare and desirable signed by Eisenhower, this is the first example we have seen.
