Unable to attend, Ben-Gurion sent the text of the speech, which was then published by the Center in 1963. Octavo, sixteen loose pages stapled in the upper left corner. Presentation copy, inscribed by the author on the title page, "To Admiral Strauss in friendship D. Ben-Gurion 12.3.66." In very good condition with some creasing throughout.
