Boldly signed by Queen Victoria in the upper right corner, "Victoria R." Retaining the blue Royal paper seal. Countersigned by Landsdowne. In near fine condition. Double matted and framed with the original transmittal envelope. The document measures 15.25 inches by 12 inches. The entire piece measures 32.25 inches by 28 inches.
