Octavo, one page on Westerham letterhead, the letter reads in full, 'Chartwell, Westerham, Kent. "9" March, 1949. "Dear Lady Aberconway," Thank you for your letter. I think Greenshields may have had in his mind some very beautiful black and white studies of my yellow cat, drawn by Sir William Nicholson. I should be very glad for these to be reproduced.'
