Rare illuminated patent of Nobility signed by Don Ramon Zazo of Ortega, historian and King of Arms to Charles III, King of Spain. Quarto, bound in full contemporary calf with gilt ruling to the spine, marbled endpapers, elaborately illuminated hand-painted full page coat of arms and numerous heraldic shields each with silk guard leaves, text in script, illuminated hand-painted initials, headpieces and tailpieces. Singed at the conclusion of the patent by Don Ramon Zazo y Ortega and Vicente Lorenzo Verdugo with Royal paper seals. In very good condition.
